Central Wire Industries has mature quality management systems allowing 8 facilities to be integrated into a single multi-site ISO9001:2000 certificate. The multi-site registration is administered by the senior management team which is composed of the President and his direct reports. This group reviews and provides overall direction to the quality management system. There is a very important, simple guiding principle behind the multi-site registration: consistency. In its simplest form, this principle is achieved as the result of clear objectives to all personnel having an effect on quality.
